i have also tried now but still no luck someone sent me one as a gift and added me as a freind but when i went to the inventory nothing was there.

I'm in Australia and I got all of them (have not tried the nc mall one that ksgmhc mentioned), so I don't think there's a problem with geographical location...

Most items that are from the bags already were in the game beforehand. I don't know if one of the items might get retired.
