It's a competition between the staffers of TDN to see which Staffer is the best (Or the "Ultimate" Staffer) . (And this is just a guess; but something like a TDN Altador Cup? You get like Team Co and Team [iNSERT NAME HERE] , and you guess who's gonna win and stuff) ...
