Neopians who subscribe to NC Mall emails got a notice today informing them that the Mystery Capsules have been revamped!

They now will be come at lowered price as well as a higher chance at receiving the Bonus prize(s)s that are exclusive to the cap. Awesome!

To kick off the new cap format, a new Shenkuu themed cap can be found in the mall!
