While i'm not the most avid slushie slinger and I may not pump up that crowd as much as other participants, I love to score goals with my Darigan team. After being drafted into Team Brightvale, I became a free agent during the first year, finding victory with the Haunted woods. Turmoil and cookie theft drove me from the bullpen but I soon found acceptance with the Darigan players...although I do think the snidberry butter cookies I brought with me from the haunted woods clubhouse helped. Baked goods theft aside, I've always wanted to do some creative writing for neopets in someway and considering the Altador cup is my favorite sport and game on the entire site, I am applying for this position. I didn't see a deadline for applications, can anyone give me a heads up? I want to submit my sample and application ASAP. I am very capable of meeting at midnight to work on any project available. I do know HTML but I have to admit, BBCode is not in my repetoire. I am, however, very quick to pick up new skills and would devote myself to my project through completion. Anyway, this sounds like something I have wanted to do for a long time. I'm a former Veteran of the U.S. Army so professionalism is priority one for me. Xepha Posted April 29, 2014 Share Posted April 29, 2014 The core of the Altador Cup coverage is being worked on after the results are out (at midnight NST). I don't really see how we could make an exception for this. Our news are based on the results, and the predictions cannot be worked on before we know who is against who. The only exceptions so to say are the creative interviews that can be worked on in advance. We usually get them written in advance by those who are going to be part of the Altador Cup crew as part of their trial work. If you have a specific idea on how you could be part of the AC coverage without being there at midnight NST, then you should PM Lydia Trebond and Minister of Pizza (AA).
