I don't think any are retired, but are there any that are limited in circulation e.g. because they were released one-time as part of an event? Tam Posted August 9, 2014 Share Posted August 9, 2014 The Wheel of Excitement Stamp will increasingly difficult to get (its jumped from 2.2 to 5 mill) and The Discarded Magical Blue Grundo Plushie of Prosperity Stamp has gone from 100k to 400k.
