nicolelouise Posted October 13, 2014 Share Posted October 13, 2014 Hi everybody, I've been hanging around here for the last few days and posting on a few things but essentially I'm a newbie to this place, so I thought I should really introduce myself and say hello. I joined neopets years ago when my oldest child got into it, and when he grew out of it, I put it aside. Now my youngest is into it, so I've started playing again and it's a trifle addictive! I'm enjoying tdnp site a lot because there's so much about neopets that I actually have no clue about. I guess I've just played on the periphery for the most part. And this site has lots and lots of answers for me, which I love. Why be clueless and in the dark if someone else out there has done the thinking for you and is just handing out the answers for free, right? I promise to get a better avi, I just hated being a blank nothing. And I will investigate signatures when I have the time, but I'm pretty useless when it comes to tech stuff. While I've obtained quite a bit of relevant information here, I still had Neopets questions that the forums could not answer. Don't worry about your avatar or signature. There are regulations regarding them, but they concern themselves with offensive content and size issues for the signature on the top of my head. I personally don't think much about your current avatar, so don't sweat it. What makes you think this is all free? Don't you find it odd that some active posters... vanish? Although I've not been around long enough to notice that active posters suddenly...nay, suspiciously...stop posting, I do appreciate you mentioning it. Forewarned is forearmed and all that. And thanks for the greeting. I'm sure there will be neopets questions the forums can't answer, but I haven't got there yet, as I've only been here five minutes, relatively speaking. I'm just soaking up the bits and pieces of info I'm discovering at the moment, not really going out of my way to ask too many questions.
