so to my suprise! i just found out that you cannot get a draik on its pet day in the make a pet option like some other pets ( i was going to wait till draik day instead of spending the money to get an egg) so now that this dream is shattered i have to dish out the money to get a draik egg :(

the pirate draik egg is the cheapest so if i buy one of these and hatch it can i paint my pirate draik with a faerie paint brush afterwards?

i really would like a faerie draik but if i cant paint them after wards then i dont want to dish out the money and be dissapointed, because i also recently learned that u cannot use draik morphing potions on regular pets either it will not work. they can only be used on draiks ( makes no sense to me)

but yea! help please i really want to know if this is possible!

Whoa, I didn't know about regular pets not being able to use a Draik morphing potion. *researches*

According to this editorial (http://www.neopets.com/ntimes/index.phtml?section=editorial&issue=328) they can be used on any pet now, unless TNT changed it back, but I haven't found anything mentioning it.

As for the Faerie Paint Brush, it should work on a Pirate Draik without any problems.

I've had friends buy Draik Morphing Potions and use them on other species of pets, so that is definitely an option.

You can also paint a draik any color they have available, regardless of the color of the egg you've hatched from.

I have 2 draiks I hatched from Pirate Draik Eggs and I've painted both of them other colors. It's the same with other colored eggs as well. (I painted one from a blue egg as well, years ago.)
