It's an entirely different user to mine, and I'm completely baffled. Tried to submit a ticket but that page just keeps coming up blank. It's only on the NC Mall, and switches back to my account the rest of the time. Any idea what's going on? P.S Trying to upload a picture, but it won't let me use tinypic - how can I upload one?
