I always like it when the companies behind the things I enjoy acknowledge when they've messed up or when things have been shaky for a while and make an effort to show that they do care by giving us stuff. Kinda makes the people in charge seem more human. That said, while I got a load and got mine, the title of this topic can also be read as "Lag prizes are back! Quick, crash the site!" During peak hours when more people are online the site is a bit laggy but all in all not too bad compared to how it was. I was online around noon and did my dailies with no lag are hangups. Also with the prizes back there is increased traffic. If other sites are loading normally and just Neo is lagging, then it's definitely not your connection. Every time they had the site running faster it would start lagging again the next day. It looks like it's much more stable now, I've only had a few lagging pages yesterday and today. NC is taking forever though... :p I fee like the 20,000 NP and a book are pretty significant prizes, but everything was awarded right when I opened the homepage today (as opposed to having to navigate to a specific prize page). They have no real way of only awarding to main accounts, it's automatically awarded to every account on the site. So, no they can't get in trouble as it's an auto thing. As with anything else, you can either donate/discard the items and then use the NP on that account in a way that you aren't gaining anything from using the np. I wouldn't be surprised if the secondary lag wasn't created by the greater volume of traffic onsite as people heard stuff was getting fixed, lol. Plus that thing of how you often end up breaking other things during the process of fixing something else :ph34r: I agree that the lag gifts were well thought out though, the items are things that are of use, and the NP and NC amounts are enough to be a nice freebie without having any negative impact on things, I shall enjoy visiting the mall to see what to spend my 300 on :D Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Is it usual for it to take 12 hours or more? I won 150 from the Expellibox and then got 150 from the Charity Corner, so I should have 600 NC total but only 300 NC are showing up.
