Fizzgig Posted March 2, 2015 Share Posted March 2, 2015 I can't submit a ticket, and it's getting really frustrating. My browser is Safari, and I've tried allowing cookies, but all that allows me to do is get to the actual help page. Without allowing cookies, when I go to the help tab it just says that the page is expired. When I allow cookies, I can click on the "submit a ticket" link, but nothing happens. Anyone else having this problem? Am I doing something wrong? Please help :( This topic has been edited by a member of staff (Ruto) because of a violation of the forum rules.
