It appears as a random event through-out Neopia so just keep clicking around the site until you receive it. You can also find Topsi at the Toy Repair Shop and pick one of three negg prizes. I got the festive green and yellow (opening it I got a Jhuidah Faerie Doll, Snowbunny plushie, and spring topiary garden background). Is it just one-a-day or? Guide coming up shortly! There's a lot of prizes to collect for this one :S However, we heard that the bg is glitched in the closet and doesn't actually appear on pets at the moment. We're also unsure of those prizes are exclusive to the basket in general or if the basket/prizes change daily. Grace is with a FAQ, Jumpstaff! Ichose the book negg as I read books to my pet, and don't collect food/toys. i clicked the links and chose the book neggs but i didn't receive a basket ... Well, I'm glad I was able to help a little w/ the guide so far at least! When it comes to the background I can confirm it shows that it's in my closet but I can't choose to put it on a pet. As for which basket to choose at the toy repair, it depends. If you are looking to resell, book is the way to go since people go gaga over books. As far as your art comment, I've been noticing the same thing since the change over in ownership. I find it a little disappointing, everything seems more cartoony, if that makes sense.
