We don't have a stock of them for you to pick from on TDN, but you can upload basically any PG image to use that you like! You can make a fancy graphic, or just use a photo you like or some Neopets art or whatever you're into. :) I know Neopets has what they call "buddy icons" here. The MSN/LJ ones are the standard size of our avatars. But if you want to use something else, you can always google whatever it is you're after and "icons" and you should find a bunch that people have put online for general use. To upload it once you've chosen, just go to your profile (either click your name on one of your posts, or click it at the top of any page next to the Sign Out button and then click My Profile), and then hit the "Edit my Profile" button at the top right. At the top of that page there's a button that says "Change my photo...". Click it and an in-window menu will come up. You can either upload your own from your computer with the uploader, or pick one from the internet and just import it with the URL. The Gravatar thing is if you have an avatar saved there that you use a lot so it's easy to upload everywhere, but I don't know of anyone who uses it. Anime Posted June 22, 2015 Share Posted June 22, 2015 100 by 100 px is IPBoards standard avatar size and there's not anything we can do to alter it. I know in some places the image is shrunk down so the icon won't take up unnessecary room, but the one by all your posts that everyone sees is the full 100x100 square. Additionally, so far as I've seen on the various forums I've been a part of over the years, 100x100 is usually the default avatar size. But that's neither here nor there for this topic!
