I think it absolutely does look elderly, it's just that not many elderly people do/can still dress like that. There's not many out there who have the funds to dress in suits and so on no matter how much they'd like to. Or, they're just not the same shape any more so the quality (and now vintage) wool suits that they've had for years and years no longer fit them. There was an old man in the town where I live who always wore a suit. He was an air force vet (a war hero, actually) so his pension probably enabled him to buy new suits! He generally wore a dark blue one which looked fabulous against his full head of silver hair, often with a pale yellow tie and matching handkerchief in the pocket, and a pink carnation in his buttonhole. Here's something I really don't know, can non-elders wear the elder gear? I know that non-Maraquan's can't wear things that say "Maraguan" in the name, so is it the same with PB items?
