We all love to help you! As stated on the Neopian Calendar Xweetok Day is on November 29th, but because of the transition to JumpStart, many petdays (and other things) have been delayed. And the news went up today with the header as 'December 2nd' and right underneath that "It's the first day of the Month of Celebrating[...]," so I wouldn't worry too much. New Xwee (and Usul) colors and outfits should be showing up in the next few days, though all the December events may make the delay longer than it's been lately.
