Welcome to TDN's Daily Report on the Altador Cup and finally we are at the end of Round 2! I'm Miko, live from the TDN Sports Center. It's been a wild ride of ups and downs this past week and finally it's over. But this is just the second stop of the park. We've got quite a few to go through today, so let's get it started!

Confused YooyusWe start off with some confusion, courtesy of the Alabriss Bracket. A scheduling mishap caused all the teams of the bracket to play against the same opponents as last time. Fans were left scratching their heads at this - and more than one report has surfaced of fans ending up in the wrong match site. We tried to contact the ACC for a comment but it's radio silence on their end.

Sweeping CelebrationsBut the teams took it with stride and played nevertheless. First in the bracket was Brightvale and Mystery Island, with the Wizards taking the broom to the Robots. With Krawk Island and Terror Mountain, Krawk Island swept them aside. And finally Mystery Island easily out performed Haunted Woods. So yes, the results were the same as last time's.

Maraqua on the MoveMoving onto a bracket that isn't in a Groundhog Day loop, the Shenkuu Ninjas ended the bracket in strength as they ran circles around the Moons and trashed them in all four games. Things aren't looking up for the Moons, and many are asking where has the former powerhouse gone to. Faerieland continued their path to a possible victory as they won all the support games and lost to Lost Desert by the slimmest of margins in Yooyuball. And it may be high noon - I mean high tide for Maraqua again as the Mermaids seemed to have shaken off most of the seaweed clogging them up to deliver a crushing victory over Altador, just missing out on a sweep by on goal scores in Yooyuball.

Meridell vs. RivalsThe Minitheus Bracket had some unexpected wins, but yet again Tyrannia bowls over another team - Kiko Lake - to mark their second straight round win-streak of the Cup. Arch-rivals Darigan Citadel and Meridell were up next and the Knights were deemed victorious by the scores - although Minions' fans were saying otherwise, judging by their win in Make Some Noise. Once again Moltara is in its worst shape in many years as they were handily defeated by the Roo Island Rooligans. They'd better stoke the flames again if they want to have a good finish this round.

And that's the end of Round 2 people! Tune in next time for some Round 3 action, for it may well be another bumpy ride. From everyone here, this is Miko of TDM signing off. Good Night Neopia!
