(Apologies if this is posted in the wrong section.)

I noticed all the Neopets related pictures/icons appear to be broken, and it's not just on TDN, but also on JellyNeo, SunnyNeo and DressToImpress (which makes customising my entry for this round of The Runway quite a challenge ;)). I was wondering if it's just me (Windows 10 did install an update last night...) or if Neopets happened to change something that has affected the url's used for the icons.

It's most likely that they deleted the image to edit it and are uploading a newer version of the image with the same url. The odd time I'll see some of them broken as well. I use Firefox and a Mac so it's most likely on Neo's end and not your computer.

Yeah, I figured it'd probably be on Neo's end (since all Neo-related sites seem to have the same issue), but I'd never seen all of the images disappear at the same time before. (Or be gone this long.)

Edit: Nope. It was me. I recently installed Privacy Badger on my laptop (an add-on that blocks trackers), and for some reason it also blocked "images.neopets.com". Didn't see that one coming. (Although that doesn't explain why Angeló would have the same problem.)

That is interesting it turned out to be on your end. My sister was unable to view images on DressToImpress, but she did not have images blocked. It may be that's from the situation Mouseykins pointed out. I guess it's just a coincidence this problem will sometimes occur on Neopets end.

Glad you fixed it but just so everyone else doesn't think they're crazy... . The neopets image server was down for a while yesterday and icons/images were missing for everyone :)

Here's a Neopoint, maybe you can go buy a clue with it.

Huh, that's quite the coincidence then! (Or perhaps the two things are actually related - because I'd been wondering why the images would be blocked by this add-on at all, but it could be that the issue with the image server had something to do with it. Or not. Good to know in any case. :))
