Take some time to read our requirements, special rules, and methods of dealing with applicants and their applications. This page contains ALL of the information that you need to know about applying for staff. It's not a complicated thing at all!
To begin...
- You must have an account here at TDN Forums (this is different than your tdnAccount)
- Log In or Register
- Find the respective position you want to apply for and get the application:
- Use the form provided for you or your application will be ignored. This form can be found in the above topics (in their respective forums).
- Fill out the form completely and accurately.
- After the "bare bones" of your application are done, REVISE.
- Without going off-topic and boring us, think of things you can include to make yourself appear well. Your goal should be to try to impress us. Do not exaggerate or provide false information to flatter us. Be real. But try to impress us!
- Submit your application the appropriate forum (link provided on application form).
- You submit your application.
- A site administrator will respond to your application stating it's been received.
- Your application will be reviewed by our staff (THIS COULD TAKE UP TO 2 WEEKS).
- You will notified via a forum PM whether or not you've been accepted.
- Use the form provided for you or your application will be ignored.
- To apply for MODERATOR you must have 500 posts on TDN Forums (post count does NOT matter for all other positions).
- If applying for CONTENT, you must provide a sample piece of content otherwise your application will be automatically rejected.
- Warning levels at TDN Forums are taken into consideration, but it will not prevent you from applying.
- You need to have a good attitude towards the community as a whole. This includes respecting all members.
- You need to abide by all TDN rules.
- TDN will not hire applicants who are already staff at another Neopets site.
- Do NOT plagiarize in your application. IT SHOULD BE WRITTEN BY YOU.
