Here's what they had to say: "NC MALL NEWS: Neopians! Take note - Neocash Card redemption will be temporarily unavailable, starting June 12th - 26th while we switch ewallet providers. Please redeem any outstanding credits that you might want access to during this time, as soon as possible. Otherwise, NC shoppers, rest assured - this feature will be back soon!" Make sure you redeem your cards before the 12th! Additionally the Spring shop will be closing it's doors on Sunday so be sure to check it out and get some spring themed items before they retire!
