It sometimes takes a while for prize shops to open (especially with another event (the Altador Cup) going on at the same time). Once it does open, it'll probably be open for about a year (until right before the next Charity Corner), so you definitely didn't miss your chance to collect your perks. Don't worry, there will be posts on here as well once the shop opens and people are collecting their perks, so you won't miss it. *Edit: I just read on JellyNeo that the perks shop has been open, but has closed again, because the perks aren't working correctly at the moment. (My bank bribery perk from last year's CC (which I only activated a few days before this year's CC started, and which is supposed to last for a whole year) has suddenly stopped working as well, so I'm guessing that's related to this issue.)

Good News I found out that my new work computer supports Flash I didn't have many patients today so I logged in to my main account and played for 3 hours I ranked up from 5 to 7 When I got tired of YYB I played some SOSD Now I'm back home and only a few games short of max'ing out YYB If this goes on I think I can get All Star this year As for Shenkuu being a Middle-Tier team .. I don't think there are powe houses anymore .. there are just groups of ASG's divided between 3 or 4 teams ... even DC and KI are not that good anymore ... I love Shenkuu and so do many good players ... but we don't enough amo of ASG's ...

They should pick Moltara, that team seems to be right at the bottom of the results the most consistently. I wonder if that's because they're the newest team - they are, aren't they? - so I figure the majority of people are already faithful to another team so Moltara has way less players than the others.

Nice work Angeló! I've decided to play less than I did in the years before, but that will still mean reaching All-Star. ? I'm trying to dedicate roughly 5 hours of free time each day to the AC. Hopefully we can start pulling off some wins!

As long as Prytariel sticks with TM, i'm good lol. If she left for another team, i would SERIOUSLY consider following her to that new team despite supporting Terror Mountain for 10 years now; she's the main reason i picked TM way back when.

I'll be supporting Terror Mountain for the 9th time on my main account, 10th time if you include my side account, which i had to do last year because my main account was frozen for about a year and a half for no good reason. That first year, i almost went with Faerieland, but i chose Terror Mountain because Aishas are my favorite species (i love cats) and this team had/has one as a captain! I'm also a Cancer so i have an affinity for water and ice styles in games and such. I've achieved All Star rank 5 times; the first two times i didn't play so seriously, but the third time i fell into a groove....i believe that was the year Terror Mountain really broke through and went on that wicked 36-0-2 streak in Shootout Showdown. My best achievement was AC9, when i was crazy enough to quad max every single day, including off days (i'm never doing that again lol); the big prize that year was an Eventide paintbrush, which i used on my Aisha (and I am NEVER changing her color scheme again, despite how cool her other forms are ?) The last two years i had other things going on and didn't devote as much time to the AC but i'm back. It seems we've managed to find our footing in recent years and finally landed on the podium last year so i hope we can nab our first win soon. ?

The Altador Cup in Neopets is happening I guess. Cool. Drew the current and former Techos that are/were in it as competitors/teammates.

I'm apparently a glutton for punishment because I'm supporting Altador for the fifth year in a row.

That's interesting, I didn't know it went that deep. That takes the fun (and upsets) out of it.

Glad to see we won Day 1 even though I completely forgot about it LOL. Don't worry, I sent some scores in today. How do the scoring/points get tallied to see who wins/loses for the day?

Apparently today is my newest account's tenth birthday! New shield coming up, woo!

The problem is, I'd rather nuke my Neopets account than play 1500 games of SS, or 8800 games of MSN/SSDD. Oh, my gosh. I don't know how you guys do it.

I'm going to stay loyal to Team Terror Mountain. Some "warnings" for those first-timers ?: - You'll get very, very frustrated with all of the games. (The Jelly Chia's grin will haunt you.) - The brackets make no sense. (So while cheering for your team and trying your best is definitely a good thing, don't be too disappointed if your team doesn't do well. Your prizes will be based on your individual scores anyway.) - Just reaching the highest rank (All-Star), usually isn't enough to be able to afford the most expensive things in the prize shop. (I really wish they'd change that.) This petpage will probably be available again soon to use to track your rank, and see how many prize points that rank will grant you. (You can check last year's prizes here, to see how expensive the top ones usually are.) - Stay off the neoboards if you want to maintain your sanity. - If Make Some Noise is giving you trouble (as in, it's lagging a lot), try playing the low resolution version. (I have to play this version if I want to get the qualifying score.) - Each game has a minimum score you have to reach for it to qualify towards moving up in rank. You can check out last year's minimum scores here. - Always participate in the Staff Tournament - it's an easy way to get prizes. - Seriously though, don't visit the neoboards. (Unless you love drama, because then they'll be the perfect place for you to hang out. ? )
