Hi, guys!! I found out that I’m getting my apartment soon. I’ve been on this forum since I was 16 or 17 so that’s pretty amazing. It’s a one bedroom and I’m putting my (real life) Neopets plushies on my bed. 
 
It feels like I’m making something out of myself.
By the way, I got a FFQ the other day and have my dream Aisha.

Not cheesy, at all. I love cooking too and thanks! I feel like self care is something that I didn’t do for a very long time. Now I’m taking time to put on makeup, get my hair cut (I’m keeping it short and “floofy”) and coordinate an outfit.
When I joined this forum I was a total tomboy, so it’s cool to see my evolution from Mallgoth and Emo to not being afraid to wear Tommy Hilfiger and J.Jill. I still love black, though.

What is your favorite form of self care? I’d have to say that hair care is my favorite. I cut my hair short recently and I have a pretty solid routine.
I wash my hair every other day and only condition my ends, let it air dry and comb to make it all nice and fluffy! I don’t use product. I find that skincare is my 2nd favorite.

That's why I "nickname" my pets. I shorten their names so they sound more appealing.

I’ve been on this forum for 12 years and thinking back, I’ve grown a lot. I used to have a very Mallgoth clothing style and was into My Little Pony Friendship is Magic. These days I dress a more girly but wear band tees and Blackcraft merch every now and then. I’m not as obsessive about Neopets and I don’t care what other people think about me.

What pets have you guys gotten with your extra pet slots? I now have a purple Yurble, red Lupe, yellow Chia, blue Bruce, strawberry Wocky, Checkered Gelert, green Nimmo, red Zafara, green Gnorbu (as if I don't already have so many Gnorbus that absolutely it's ridiculous) and a green Tuskaninny added to my Neopet family. 
I've already bought two morphing potions and one paint brush. Dreamies for the win!!!!

I'm greedy. My main was full. My main side was full. My backup side was almost full. My baby side was full because there's one adult pet I was waiting to move and then pet slots were announced so I held off so I'd only have to move it once. My mutant side was almost full, although only one of them is actually a mutant as of yet.
I now have 13 on my main (including my new Elderly Pteri). 5 on my main side (I might move another one over, but out of all of them it would be the one that needs 6 boxes to bring the darn custom along with her. My baby side has five, mutant has five and my backup side has two that I have no attachment to and need to figure out what to do with.
The feeding solution? Neolodge. Cockroach hotel, 28 days, 5np a day. Sorted!
I might be tempted to my main side and/or baby side. Baby side first though, chances are. Purely because the closet there is big enough for several more pets. 
I got my new Grandad Pteri to celebrate the occasion!

I think I want a wintery background on him, but haven't got one that fits and can't be bothered to go into the trading hub right now. It's a bad idea anyway as everyone can buy GBC's so few people are looking for them! Something like this..

New pet slots are available for purchase in the NC Mall! There will now be a max of 16 pets for non-premium members and 20 for Premium players. These slots activate automatically and cannot currently be traded so do not over purchase.
+1 Pet Slot = 500 NC +5 Pet Slots = 2,250 NC +10 Pet Slots = 4,250 NC (on sale for 3,400 NC until Dec 26th) Important things to note:  new player pet restrictions have been removed and direct transfer limits have been lifted to help easily transfer pets between accounts.
Additionally, you are now able transfer Lutari via Direct Transfer.

 

I’ve always wanted a Faerie Skeith because they remind me of the Faerie Dragons in Heroes of Might and Magic 3.
After years of waiting, I finally saved up enough NP to transform my yellow Xweetok into a Faerie Skeith!!!! I haven’t been this excited since I got a Pastel Gnorbu and Mutant Ruki! All I gotta do now is use all of my Faerie Quest cookies so I can get a Desert Aisha and Faerie Grundo. Oh....I also have a Striped Kacheek, another dream pet. 
 
I’m so glad I’m playing Neopets again.
