hello all I hope someone could help here. 
I have this flash drive I use in my car to listen to music. Not sure if its the actual flash drive, or if its the car... but it will not play m4a files. Only mp3 and wma. 
Anyhow I am loading music onto it.  I have this album I recently purchased off and downloaded from itunes and it only comes in m4a version. 
 
I looked online on how to convert m4a to mp3, but when I follow the steps provided i see this.... it says these settings do not apply to songs downloaded from the iTunes store...

So is there anything I can do to get them to MP3? !  Any programs I can download? I can't find any help for this. 

Stress I think has a lot to do with how you choose to see things. Some peoples idea of busy is someone elses idea of lazy. The most important thing I've learned for helping with stress is time management. Idk about you but I am a full time student and still use the same methods I used back when I was a part time student with a full time job and a weekend job. 1. Exercise/meditation/ stretching.  It releases a lot of tension and your body will start to crave the feeling you get from it. 2. Better eating habits. I didn't have time to cook so I would throw a bunch of veggies, meat, and broth into a crock pot and let it do the cooking for me over night.  3.  have a to do list. I have my reminders app with 8 weeks worth of things I need to check off daily to keep me on track, and also to remind me where ever I am of what I need to focus on next. I also spend the first couple hours of my morning with Neo and doing dailies. I know that once thats out of the way I can focus on the important things instead of being distracted or wanting to head towards the unimportant. 4. Cut out what is causing  you to be stressed for time or over things. I just deleted my instagram app because I waste time on it, and for what? Nothing valuable.  That time could be spent reading a few extra pages of my textbooks. 
These might not work for everyone, and i'm not stress free. But they help me a lot. 
Last I just want to add that think of what stress does to you, what sort of bad habits or vices have developed over stress?  Sometimes we are so very automated that we dont recognize them. See if you can point out some of those vices and turn them into virtues by creating some new good habits in your life.

Okay, so I didn't really think ahead, and only just realised that adhering to our regular entering/voting period would mean that the results of next round would have to be posted on Monday the 23rd of September, when I'll be on holiday... Just extending the entering period 2 weeks wouldn't do much good, as that'd mean that I'd have to put up the next round on the 23rd, so I'm afraid I'm going to have to extend the entering period by 2 whole weeks, making it 3 weeks total. ? Sorry guys! I did pick a theme that might keep you busy for a while though.

Description: Create 2 entries, using the exact same pet (of your choice), and make them as similar as possible. The trick is that you can only use NeoPoint items for one of the entries, and only NeoCash items for the other. You can use the 'Advanced search' option on DTI to limit your search to NP or NC items. (I know the entries can't be identical, so to illustrate what I mean, here are two entries I made: a NP one and an NC one, both featuring a wizard-like Blue Shoyru, wearing blue robes, in a forest.)

I first came across Neopets close to 20 years ago and then lost my beloved account during a password breach. I created a new account back in 2013, but was still very bitter about the loss of my original account. I rediscovered my love for the site back in May and have been hooked (again) ever since. I've always used TDN for it's resources and figured I might as well join the community in the forums! Happy to be back!
