What you're looking for is page anchors. You can head on over to ~Decreta or ~nappy07 and take a look at how my pages are designed.
 
you'll need something like this in your css codes:
.page { height: 800px; overflow: auto;} and in your html for each section, something like this:
<a name="home"></a> <div id="text" class="page"> followed by your content.
 
I used an image map for my buttons, so whichever method you're using to link to certain pages the link will be
~PETNAME#PAGENAME
 
If we use the example I gave the link would be this: ~nappy07#home

Well, as much as I hate stereotypes; it's completely true that Belgians are really prude. I would love to be much more open myself, but for me it has less to do with being prude. I'm very introvert and physical contact that I haven't initiated often scares the hell out of me. I hate people touching me if I don't feel they have a legit reason, especially people I don't know that well.
In my country it is custom though to kiss someone once to thrice on the cheek(s) when you enter or leave a party. I can't even force myself to do it. I'm just there, awkwardly, waving at everyone:" I'm not a kisser, so... Hi."

I'm a little tempted to leave Neopets because the art is getting sucky... and that's saying a lot.
 
At times, I can't see anything wrong with some of the new art. (Excluding that glowing shirt - what were they thinking??) But
 
I mean look at the new Dimensional pets... despite the fact that I think the Dimensional color can be a little subjective,
 
     I believe this was pre-Jumpstart, as a point of reference. 
 
Where's the glow?
I know Dimensional is supposed to be a little hard on the eyes, but... what happened to the outline?  
I kind of feel like they just inverted the colors and did some changes...
 
 
Kudos to TNT for re-drawing the Transparent Peophin. Now please bring back the old artists... Or hire fans who can do the job better...

That is a very interesting question and I love all the answers which were given.
 
I'm still wondering though, if I fight 25 battles per day instead of 10, for example, will it actually make a difference in helping my team? Or are the additionnal fights after a certain number not even considered?

I blame Breaking Bad for all my musical choices lately. It was sooo good.^^
