Hello hello~ I still haven't had time to stop by here as often as I used to, but I figured I would poke my head in while the event is happening.
I'm at 22k points and counting...will probably end up around 26k. That Perk Me Up thing better be worth it! The checklist  has made a huge difference. I was feeling pretty burnt out (and my wrist was starting to hurt from the clicking lol) but I think I'll manage to get the last of my items in by the end of the week. Hope everyone is having fun and that the prizes are what we're all hoping for!

What the heck! Has something been going on that I didn't hear about??

It's at 89 now! I'm going for it. That's 14 points above my usual selling point, so I'm pretty satisfied with that. And as usual, I'll keep 1 measly share just so I can watch how it continues changing. 

I sold another 13k at 78 and then it immediately jumped up to 83 -.-
5k left...I might leave it overnight and see where it is in the morning. 

I didn't sell any of my PEOP in the end, pussyfooted around for too long!
I've got 48k of YIPP so feel my pain, lol ? they were at 77 when I first came on today, then dropped, and dropped, right now back up to 75 but it's nap time for me now, let's see if they're behaving in a couple of hours...

You know these stocks always drag me back to the forums... I sold half my PEOP at 77 and held the rest, hoping it would go higher, and then...it didn't. It was only 3k shares though. 
BUT NOW, YIPP is at 76 and I have 23k shares !!!!! What to do, what to do ??? 

Interesting, so it sounds like people were deliberately trying to sabotage this person's recommendations?

When I was little I almost used a bad word in that rhyme. Almost...  what I actually said was "nicker", what ever that was supposed to be, I'm quite sure 6 year old me didn't even wonder how a pair of knickers had a toe, lol. Not that I'd have had a clue what the N word meant anyway because I'd never heard it. I like to think that's a very good thing because my friend Claire that lived on the same street as me with her mum, they were coloured. There were a number of old people in the flats that were very friendly to both of us so there was a very nice level of acceptance on that particular street during the '70s.

I was just impressed that I haven't caught any typos or grammatical errors so far, lol. But the dialogue is...pretty bad. 

ALP has a short announcement for everyone wishing to join pet chains. Starting in 2019 were are increasing the post count minimum required to participate in the chains. We feel that getting to 25 posts is far to easy and often members only require those 25 posts to participate in the chains due to a high avatar account. This means we do not get as much forums interaction and we'd like to know who we're lending to a little bit better. This isn't a drastic increase, so don't worry! We're only raising the minimum posts required to 50 posts. Everything else will remain the same. Our goal is to ensure our pets are being lent out safely.

Whenever there is a game challenge for a week, I realise how bad I am at all games. ? I can often only get 1/3 of the score needed for the prize.

I totally see where you're coming from about the faeries... just LOOK at the shade that fire Faerie's throwing at poor Taelia! Lulu too, smirking in the doorway there, they're bad art shaming her...

Lulu in particular is wondering just what Taelia has stuffed down the back of her robe to make it stick out behind her neck the way it does...

I use the pictures/art to try to predict what kinds of games the team will get and pick a team based on that. In the picture from 2015 posted above by Hanso you see that summer side has action based games and the winter team has puzzle games. I usually take puzzle games. This year it was Snowmuncher vs Jungle Raiders. As I am not good at Jungle Raiders I picked the team that had to play Snowmuncher simply because I'm good at the game.
I had silver trophies in 2016 and 2017, the rest of the years I had gold, but the only thing that's important to me is knowing I managed to get the score on every game the day of release. I did wish that the trophy was clickable though, just like with DD where you can see what score you got. For GMC it would be nice to see a list with the checkmarks so that a silver trophy would still be impressive if you noticed all gold checks when clicking it.

There's definitely not a reliable way to know who's gonna win, but I've correctly predicted the winner team all years except for one just by asking myself which side most people would consider cooler  I take into account two factors: the character TNT chose for the team (design-wise), and the theme of the team itself. My reasoning is as follows:
2012: the pirates vs ninjas debate may have been going on for ages, but look up every single poll on the internet and you'll see that ninjas win every time
2013: Similarly, look up any "Day vs Night" poll and night always wins. Besides, the sun's cool and all, but people prefer the more mysterious and mystical moon
2015: Look at this image and tell me which faerie was drawn by the old art team and thus looks cooler and which one was drawn by the new art team and thus looks terrible
2016: This was the year that took me by surprise. I went with Heroes instead of Villains because Jazan has an incredibly huge fanbase on the site, but in the end the Villains won. Then I realised most people who play the GMC are either new players or players that haven't been on the site long enough to even know who Jazan is, so they went with the character that looked cooler, namely the demonic skeleton engulfed in flames
2017: Hubrid Nox is a vampire potato with a moustache, so of course Magax won.
2018: Chivalry always wins over thievery. Not to mention whoever drew Hanso in the GMC homepage made him look surprisingly scrawny... if I didn't know who he was I'd would've chosen the cooler-looking character i.e., Brynn (they used old art for her).
