Well, in the UK there's no quarantine (yet)... 
School closures were only announced yesterday and will come into effect after tomorrow, where they'll be closed until further notice. Nurseries and colleges will also follow. Most (if not all) universities are already conducting classes and courses online, and if there is any not yet doing so then after tomorrow they will be. Individual companies and institutions are closing, events are being cancelled or postponed, weddings are being limited to 5 people, but there are no lockdowns or quarantines in place yet except the prime minister urging people not to go to bars, pubs, or restaurants and to avoid non-essential travel but without rules or laws being put into place, the majority of people are still going to be going to work...
Obviously, travel in the country and abroad is extremely limited with lots of Brits currently abroad being stranded in whatever country they are in. I had to cancel a meetup with 2 of my best friends at the end of this month (they live on the other side of the country) so I'm disappointed about that, but prioritising the health and safety of my family, friends and the people around me is what is most important. I could be very critical of what exactly the UK government is doing right now (especially in comparison to the swift actions other European countries have taken) but I'm going to try to stay positive, keep up-to-date with live updates on the news, and hope everyone is doing what they can to stay safe, healthy, and happy.

Stealthy Blumaroo would be funny. Rainbow, red or purple are other options too, along with a cute delivery themed outfit.

I can personally confirm that Turmy and Buried Treasure are still working - I got them both quite recently. One of my friends got the Snowager avatar recently so that one is also still working ?
I don't think any of them are broken, per se, just really difficult to get and require a lot of luck. For some people they can get them extremely easily whilst for others it takes years. 
I was starting to ever lose hope of getting that Coconut Shy avatar after maxing out my daily throws for MONTHS on end every single day, but I FINALLY got it about 2 weeks ago! No longer do I have to listen to that annoying Quiggle's laugh (it still gives me nightmares...) ?

Ah but Fox news . . . see as a Brit, what I've picked up about Fox News is that they're on the same kind of level as the tabloid papers here and best to be dismissed? That's the impression that's created about them by people online, anyway. Not an issue with a mild comment like this one, though a foolish comment from the Mayor? (Oh wait, is Boris still Mayor . . . *checks* nope, so no understandable reason for foolish comments!) I mean it's a wee bit sweeping, isn't it? There's plenty of reasons for carrying a knife, it's the KIND of knife that's the issue.

I have something running through my head now . . . harking back to door-to-door salesmen, this is actually a drive to increase police funding. They turn up to take away all your sharp knives, and you have to buy special safety knives from them to replace them!
The confiscated knives can then be melted down and used to fill the potholes. Win/win, right?!?!

I made lots of profit selling stocks on half price day and the day after, so I though I would use that NP for expanding and some nice items for my gallery. 
Well, my profit from stocks was 200k NP, what I spent was...... 3 MILLION. Oops. I'm blaming the completist in me. (It would've been 5Mil if that person on TP accepted my offer, phew! Thank you TP gods for kicking some sense in me.)

I'm British, and this is legitimately the first time I've ever heard of this ? Do Americans love finding out what's going on in the UK, and find fake news stories?
I mean, it's true knife crime is a problem (especially in London) but the whole banning sales of knives and...going door to door?! ? The police can't even cope with basic responsibilities, and the government/council take weeks/months to sort out potholes in the roads.
At the moment, EastEnders (a popular British soap opera) is doing a big story line about knife crime...so maybe that might have influenced this mania? 

I got that message too! I had sent in an email to the support team last week, though. I'm glad all my hard work didn't go unrewarded! 
Also, if you go on the Wraith Resurgence HQ achievements page, you need to go to the Fiendish Formations "A Stickler for Time" achievement and open it to get the avatar! 

As someone who posts the daily puzzle, I would like to put MY two cents in.  Although it's probably not even worth two cents.  Sorry Scoobs, but this has been going for MUCH longer than just getting ready for the AC.  However, in their defense, they did have the faerie festival, the wrath resurgence, the negg festival, the faerie quest event, the DD, and now the AC all running back to back to back. 
Now, the BIG problem I have with the whole Daily Puzzle is, like everyone is saying, it goes on and on and on like the wheel of monotony (and no, I am not talking about the wheel of monotony question, I am talking about the monotonous questions being like the wheel itself- LOL) then ALL OF A SUDDEN, it changes!! Hooray!! They finally got their act together and changed the question, for HALF OF A DAY!!!!! Then they go and change it again!!!  Well, like Sunshine and I who don't spend every waking moment on neopets watching for it to change (although we do seem to be on at opposite times so I do tend to notice the change AT TIMES, but not always) other players aren't on all the time either.  So, when THEY come on, later in the evening, they see the old question up and think it is up STILL from the DAY BEFORE.  That isn't the case.  That was the question from THAT MORNING and it changed half way through the day.  I don't blame them, they weren't on in the morning to see the question was DIFFERENT earlier.  Most People here Know exactly what the situation is and deal with it for what it is.  But others aren't aware of the fact that it is JS/TNT that is making us look incompetent. 

Honestly? There are so many people (including me) willing to lend out their pea chias for the avatar, so I wouldn't bother. The real trouble is finding somebody willing to lend you a super attack pea.
Alien Aisha is cute and good for clout, but not much more to it. 
I'd go for woodland uni personally as it's such a beautiful colour on unis (and the best out of all the woodlands!) but it's your choice. 

Someone who was helping on the quest boards had a link to vote for their caption as their neosignature. Even if their caption wasn't that funny, it was really easy to vote for them and they did look up a quest item for me...

AAA's score was so easy today  :rock:

This is the first time a Daily Dare game got on my sisters nerves...normally she's calm and can get game scores quite quickly (unlike me, lol) but today she got VERY annoyed because she couldn't get anywhere near AAA's score and claimed the Computer Mynci was way too intelligent. She ended up giving up, settling for Abi's score and buying the Deserted Volleyball Court background. 
 
Now she hates this game and Myncis  :rolleyes_anim:

My favourite converted faerie pets are: Poogle, Eyrie and Buzz. I think the last two have some of the nicest colour combinations (the Poogle is pretty basic, but I just love it for some reason. It was one of my first dream pets). As for UCs: Yurble, Lenny and Grarrl. They have great colour combinations too, but I think they also have the best poses. 
 
And as for Neopian faeries, my favourite is Taelia the Snow Faerie *pokes avatar*, followed by Aethia the Battle Faerie and then Fyora.

Faeire pets are sooooo cute, it's my favorite color. ...which is why it's annoying that usuls, my favorite pet, have such a boring look. I can make a faerie usul adjacent just by slapping on a pair of wings :(
 
Complaining aside, my favorite is Gnorbu. Xweetok, too.
 
I stopped doing faerie quests because they were draining my bank account lol but my favorite faerie is probably the water faerie...wonder if all my time spent at the healing springs is influencing that hahahaha

My favorite faerie is also the Grey Faerie and I love the faerie eyrie and faerie cybunny. :)

I love faerie pets in general but recently I've been really into the Faerie Pteri and Faerie Lenny. I just really like the use of color on them. Favorite faeries? Grey Faerie and Dark Faerie...which probably says a lot about me  :laughingsmiley:

My favorite faerie pets are between Faerie Eyrie and Faerie Lutari, both I think look cool and stand out a bit amongst the other faerie colors.
 
My favorite faerie is the Grey Faerie by far. I just want to her and make her feel better <3 , and this was before she even did anything to me. With her help, and a little Mallard that cost 200ish neopoints, she called upon the Rainbow Faerie to gift me with a dip in her fountain. Now Kzenshi is a beautiful Chocolate Xweetok :happydance:

I challenged AAA and last night I thought I had made a huge mistake because I couldn't get anywhere near AAA's score and I didn't understand how the wooden platforms worked.
 
However, I got up this morning, worked out the wooden platforms, persevered and managed to get 800! I'm so happy  :woot:
