EVERYONE procrastinates, it's such wide spread human behaviour that that surely means we're supposed to do it, right?
 
In all seriousness though, if you genuinely really mess your life up through procrastination then that's just natural selection at work, I think. But for most of us, as @Duma said, the time crunch wasting time creates gives people the motivation/inspiration they hadn't been able to find so far. And you can study and do stuff online at the same time, happily those activities aren't mutually exclusive, so you can do it @ladyblack *cheers you on*

Happy Mother's Day everyone. I may not be a traditional mother but I do have a fur baby(A dog), and I consider him my son since I had him when he was three months old. He's now 3 years old. 
I've also given my mother earrings with her birthstone on it, I noticed she was looking into earrings but a specific type- Well I found some and got it for her.

Before my brother dies two months ago from heroin, on drugs he was abusive and even beaten me up when I was 16. But I tried so many times to call the police and such but my mother never allowed me. 
He has a 6 year old daughter and I fear for her, so I always put her before anything and I never keep what I say in. They need to know what they are doing and how it effects other people.

No one knows when it will end. There have been notices of it coming to an end "once and for all" but those were posted back in February.
They posted a "finish all steps ASAP" notices. All we know is that it will end sometime soon.

No. People's pets are disappearing because even they are losing interest in the plot, as it is taking too long to complete, and are going off into Neopia to do other things. Or maybe they got lost in the "Wraith fog". Or maybe they went looking for Granny Hopbobbin to get some free food, as they can't get to the Soup Kitchen...
