I'm a little late to the party, but I still want to contribute, lol.
@ladyblack Nice to see another fellow Brazilian here!
I'm originally from São Paulo as well, but I've lived in a city that's ~1.5 hours away since I was 3 years old. I kinda like it here, because it has a lot of the benefits of a big city, without being as crazy as SP, lol. What I don't like here is the weather... it's too hot and sunny.
@jellysundae The "latino" thing is kinda controversial here. As @ladyblack said, we don't refer to ourselves as such, and a lot of people are offended by it. I think there are several reasons for that, but one of them is that we are "culturally different from other South American countries". In my opinion that's a silly argument because all countries are culturally different from each other, there isn't a universal "latino culture". It seems that Spanish speaking countries in South America tend to be lumped together, and some Brazilians don't want Brazil to be lumped in with them. I suppose that wanting to be recognised for your own culture is fair, but it's not fair to reject the label merely over the assumption that we're different, while all the others are the same. As for race, I consider myself white here, but I refer to myself as White Latin American internationally.
The strike seems to be over, so that's a relief!
@Nielo I've never been to The Netherlands, but I lived in a city founded by Dutch immigrants here in Brazil for about 6 months  So I learned a thing or two about Dutch culture, haha. I know a few children's songs like Het Regent and Toen Onze Mop Een Mopje Was, I got sweets from Zwarte Piet at school (not gonna lie, it was a bit weird lol), and I learned to eat Hagelslag (for those of you who aren't familiar, look it up. It'll change your life ).

Edit: I just remembered about this video!

@ladyblackomg this is so embarrassing. I'm literally embarrassed for my country right now because using latino is like the respectful term. I didnt realize no one else said it.  I can understand your point of view though. personally I hate being called white. I would prefer caucasian or IDK something else... i just wish the color thing would go away. Even though thats like the most normal term.
@jellysundae I've actually never been to texas, so I dont know how it is. BUT i have been to florida multiple times. Usually I go in January, however one year i went in July. OMGHDJKHSKFDF. It was SO humid. Our plane had to be delayed as it circled around the airport waiting for weather to be better. Looking out the window I could see lightning in the clouds. I had to wear sandals and shorts and a rain pancho because the rain was hot and the air was hot and it would randomly start raining without warning. The first time my friends and I felt this we loved it and we got soaked, but you can only be wet running around outside for so long before it starts to hurt because you never dry! If Texas is like that then NOPE NOPE NOPE.
I do like the heat of Arizona though. If I could I would 100% live in Arizona. Sedona or Prescott . I think its funny how the locals call Prescott PRESKIT. I'm like O_o how... it clearly has a O and two Ts.

here are some photos of this lovely place.
I believe this is called slide rock- although I may be mistaken - its .a natural pool/ water slide that stretches for miles. Many people play here on hot days.   The town photos. One is of Sedona one is of Prescott. I just love how they have the old western vibes going on.

@Nielo  You are very right about the history museums. We have so many. I mean its just so common that I dont even think about it.  I didnt realize this was a unique thing about america. Thank you for that point of view.  Also my heritage is SO mixed up that its hard to remember and it makes me slightly uncomfortable knowing that people around me are so deep into their roots and tradition and I literally have no roots because I am so mixed. I wouldnt even know where to start. I know for sure my mom said that her grandmother spoke swedish?  I know that I have native american which I think is SO cool. but its mostly european ancestry and I couldnt even say what exactly.

I have some native american family. I've never met them though, my mother and a couple of my sisters go over to the US now and again to visit various family but I haven't been. Actually we've got rellys all over America, mainly North America though. Mostly the united states and a couple in Canada but yeah, all over.
Re: what people refer to other people as...my step brother isn't white, he refers to himself as black. YOU WOULD NOT BELIEVE how many people try to be PC and call him an African american.  No offense meant to my American friends here, but THAT he does find offensive. People try to be PC yet completely disregard the fact that he is not american. He's never even been to America. He's not African American.  He doesn't like being referred to as such. The internet seems to have made this the catch all PC term though...

Nielo, I've had to fill out a few of those ethnicity/race forms a few times. I always decline to answer on the grounds of it being none of their darn business and irrelevant. Along with my sexual orientation, shoe size and how I like my coffee.  Irrelevant. (Unless I'm buying shoes or coffee hahaha  )

Yep, dicearoo is fun too.  Tyranu evavu (reminds me of card sharks- lol). Like you say, you can other map pieces too.  I have gotten treasure map pieces, spooky treasure map pieces, petpet lab map pieces, and dreaded forgotten shore map pieces. lol.  I say dreaded because I have sooooooooooo many of them.  I give the whole set out for free on the TP to newbies.  I make sure their acct is new because I want them to need it, not sell it.  Not that you can get much for it anyway.  lol.  The secret lab map pieces on the other hand, those REs are awesome, I think it is worth selling those individually.

thats a really good tip for getting random events (and where I get most of my map pieces, lol). I play solitaire, both sorts, dicearoo, anything like that where you refresh the page a lot to play can be a goldmine for RE's.

This deserves a quote of its own.
    Ohh, PLOT TWIST
Maybe they are the SAME person!
See they KNEW you were playing DD rather than doing their schoolwork, so they punished you with Zurroball, it all fits!

Thing is though *adjusts enabler hat*
EVERYONE procrastinates, it's such wide spread human behaviour that that surely means we're supposed to do it, right?

In all seriousness though, if you genuinely really mess your life up through procrastination then that's just natural selection at work, I think. But for most of us, as @Duma said, the time crunch wasting time creates gives people the motivation/inspiration they hadn't been able to find so far. And you can study and do stuff online at the same time, happily those activities aren't mutually exclusive, so you can do it @ladyblack *cheers you on*

Train the other stats first for sure if you don't have a lot of money to spend, but if you can afford it, train to lvl 50 and get some abilities (Lens Flare!)
For healing: Lesser healing scroll does 5 hp less but is 7x cheaper than Blue Scorchstone. If you're already prepared to pay around 70k you might as well pay a bit more and get a Greater healing scroll (50HP) OR get the Oasis Tonic (35HP for about 45k NP)
Once you're able to battle without having to heal after every battle (Thanks to Lens Flare) you'll be able to win codestones easily and pay for your training that way.

Sooooooo my neopets account is 10 yo, but I kinda abandoned it for a long while, which means I have a very ancient pet who's battledome stats are... well... kinda terrible. Also, I didn't have LOTS of money to spend.
Anyway, after finding out about twr, I decided to play again and it took me quite a while (and some np) to finally beat up Hulking Wraith on easy (I know... ridiculous, right?)
When I came back to neopets, my pet had lv 40, hp 38. I mostly used Psellia's Fighting Fan, Bronze Scorchstone and a Leaf Shield.
Anyway, if you're in a similar situation, I'm gonna list the things that helped me finally defeat the Hulking Wraith (prices from jellyneo's item database):
Trained my pet to hp 48 (also trained her to lv 42, but that was a mistake, since I couldn't train her at the Swashbuckling Academy, which would've been cheaper, so don't do that, children) Parchment cloak (9300) Blue scorchstone (71k, but I remember paying less than that) Sword of Malum (free) The training was the most expensive, since the training school asked for a Eo codestone nearly every time, but it was still pretty cheap
