Can't Update Personal Information

When I tried to update my user preferences (ie. change name, change password) I keep getting this error message that says "Error: we cannot update your personal information." Is this reason to worry?

 

It started to happen around 10 minutes ago, before that I was able to change my preferences.

 

*Edit: Never mind, the problem fixed itself.*

I have no idea lol. I logged onto my side account and tried fiddling with the preferences there, no problem. Then I went back to my main and it was back to normal :/.

It's probably a database glitch Neopets-side. They might be disabling some parts of the backend temporarily to do some sort of maintenance. :yes:

I'm glad it's working for you now, and the issue was on TNT's side.
