You're absolutely correct - XP is way too old and somewhat buggy, but my parents are pretty much happy with it, and at the rate their opinions are changing, I'll be stuck with XP 'til 2010 and beyond.

 

Yes, but try to take the iniciative. Show them how Vista can make those tedious tasks (such as security, etc.) faster and easier.

 

XP is starting to get too old for the modern days, just as Windows 2000 was when XP came. It's all natural.
