The first of these items is another item has been added to Dyeworks to be transformed into three colors. The Black Ruffled Dress is now available in Light Purple, Red and Turquoise. Opening this elixir will grant you with a special effect to use when Customizing your Neopets. This elixir will be retiring on July 31, 2014 so be sure to get it before it's gone. This elixir is currently in Future Fashions and upon release it can be found in the Specialty Shop within the NC Mall. Click the above images for more information!
