Jaavje Posted February 18, 2015 Share Posted February 18, 2015 I looked it up on the http://thedailyneopets.com/articles/underwater-fishingpage and it says that your pet has to be level 87+. Considering the fact that the Jellyneo Item Database values it at almost 2M, I would say it's quite rare indeed. My pet is well beyond that level and I have never gotten one.
