jellysundae Posted May 10, 2018 Share Posted May 10, 2018 I find it hard to tell the species of a lot of the older (read: more imaginative) character artwork, which I think is a good thing! Like this big burly guy! Is he a . . . lutari? His fingers and the pattern on his hands makes me think he might be. I really like how the old art isn't at all limited by the apparent restrictions you might think a species would impose. Like OH EM GEE, I've just realised this guy is a KACHEEK!!! So ok! Which of the Obelisk Challengers art do like like the best? And is this guy a . . . Usul? Wait no, his tail. Um . . . a kyrii? I do really love that they're such a defined character that it's not obvious what their species is. I realised by the tail that it wasn't a Usul, but I didn't think it through far enough to figure out the actual species. The clues are there for all of them, aren't they, but as you say, some are a lot harder than others. That Kau . . . SHE *gulp* is impressive! Her name's Martha, lol.
