Freewebs Webbie Help

Well, I'm back with still more coding issues. :S

This time it's with Freewebs. I've moved my guild's webbie onto the site, and all was going well until I coded for links. I coded a navigation menu, giving the links a set width and background, and then regular links that are just underlined. However, some of the links in the body (not the nav links) are appearing with a set width and background. Some aren't, which makes it even more confusing. Anyways, here is the link to the webbie's main page.

I looked over your site a little bit and I didn't see this problem at all, using Safari.

Idea to fix it, however:

#navigation a, #navigation a:visited, #navigation a:active {
